YVO, pronounced ee-voh, comes from Yvoty, a Guarani word for flower. At first glance, a flower looks delicate. Look closer, and it's resilient, adaptive, strong enough to stand tall in wind and storm, built to thrive, not just survive.

Women carry that same nature. Graceful, yet unshakable. Quiet, yet unyielding. Powerful in ways the world too often overlooks. YVO exists to help her reclaim that power and carry it forward, one practice at a time.

Marie's Story

Diagnosed. Then determined.

An osteopenia diagnosis was the wake-up call. A 30-day ruck challenge was the answer she didn't expect to need, and her community showed up to walk every day of it.

Somewhere in those thirty days came the realization: there was no vest built for a woman's body. Women are not small men. So she built one that fit right, moved right, and made the practice feel as good as it looked.

Bone health didn't have to be clinical. It could be sexy. That's still her mission.

Chiara's Story

Rebuilt, not returned.

Two children changed Chiara's body completely. What came after was a rebuild, not a return: trusting her strength again, one walk at a time. Her love of movement, the kind that had already carried her through marathons on seven continents, never left. Only her practice evolved.

That's the conviction she brings to YVO: strength isn't handed to you once and kept. It's built back, and built again, for life.
