So many benefits to this weighted vest! It’s an incredible tool in my workout / physical activity arsenal to help maintain bone density, increase core strength and give my cardiovascular performance a little oomph! The pockets are so key for neighborhood walks, and I love that it’s easily washable if you remove the weights (my previous Amazon vest was a disaster to wash- stained my terrace floor and took a whole week to finally dry completely). Highly recommend, I feel like this will last me years!

I love my YVO vest. It's more comfortable than any weighted vest I have carried. It does not strain my neck muscles or compromise my posture. The little pockets (phone, glasses, sunscreen and more) are magic and the shell is washable. Comfortable for house work and errands- you don't have to make time to use it, just put it on!

It is very well made and designed to fit a woman perfectly. It is very comfortable! I wear it while walking on my treadmill at home. I actually started with the full 20 pounds as it felt good without any strain. So glad I invested in it rather than a cheaper version. This one is washable, comfortable and made to last!

This is the most comfortable vest I’ve tried that has the ability to adjust weight! It sits just right on my smaller frame, and I love that it has little pockets for my keys, phone, cash etc. I also love that unlike my fixed-weight vests, the weights are fully removable so that you can wash the shell as needed.

Great design on any body, adjustable weights, lots of pockets & flexibility. I look and feel great in it. And color choices! I love it!

I absolutely love my YVO vest!

Last week, I even tested it out in my Zumba class with a lighter load than I use on rucking nights, of course, and I loved it. I also already wore it for a quick walk to the grocery store. I love being able to adjust the weight depending on what I’m doing.

For the past 5 years I was carrying my baby, then my toddler, and now that she is heading into kindergarten, the YVO vest feels like such a perfect transition. I saw how much carrying my child helped me build strength and muscle in a very functional way, and I want to keep that strength in my body.

Oh, and I love, love, love the community of strong women around YVO. I love how we are making each other stronger, becoming even stronger together, and somehow are sharing the load in a way that makes it feel lighter. 😊💪❤️

I’m new to walking with a weighted vest and it was great to discover YVO. The vest is very comfortable and I loved that the weight is distributed evenly throughout the body. I barely felt the weight when walking! Compared to other vests with weight mainly on shoulders - this makes a huge difference. Plus, it has the added convenience to adjust the weight too.
